BOKUTracks does not access your location.

BOKUTracks accesses data stored on Garmin’s MapShare cloud

by using public MapShare ID’s you configure in the app

(Trackers).

BOKUTracks stores public MapShare GPS position data, locally,

to present on a map:

• The app stores GPS position data obtained from Garmin’s

MapShare service for pubic MapShare ID’s you configure in

the app.

◦ If you decide to uninstall and remove the app from your

device, all local data are deleted.

◦ If you import a csv file of Trackers, all existing Trackers

and their data are deleted.

◦ Deleting a Tracker deletes all its data.

◦ No GPS position data is transmitted out of the app.

◦ Tracker data, such as their name and MapShare ID,

may be shared to other app users for easy inclusion in

their app setup. Single shared Trackers in

BOKUTracks format can be added to the app without

deletion of existing Trackers.

BOKUTracks utilizes local storage of waypoint data to present on

a map:

• The app stores imported routes and waypoints (gpx files)

known as overlays.

◦ Overlays, including their waypoint data, may be shared

to other app users for easy inclusion in their app setup.

◦ The app may show map-enabled Tracker progress over

a route (Overlay).
